- Transforming this corporate space while respecting Domtar's philosophy, which is to maintain a sound ecological environment and favor the presence and growth of trees.
- Respecting the buildings in their close relation with this plaza and benefiting from the presence of the subway.
- Integrating the small constructions into the concept.
- Favoring the access to the place, while marking clearly the limits of the public domain.
- Delimitating the public domain by acting on the property of the STCUM as well as on the pavements.
