| The concept development and Master Plan provided by WAA emphasized the attractive environmental aspects of the site. The site planning for the lots, buildings, marina and other amenities took advantage of the natural features of the peninsula. A hotel complex of 150 rooms offers a full range of services and amenities such as a health centre, hiking paths, tennis courts, swimming pools and beach areas are also provided. A marina for pleasure boats completes the resort. |
