WAA was responsible for the interior and exterior landscape of this 300 unit condominium project on Mackay Pier adjacent to Habitat 67.

The 12 storey, 120 foot long atrium includes a swimming pool, spa, waterfall and stream, rock features and a tropical garden. The combination of large artificial rocks with small riverstones allowed the entire atrium to be built over indoor parking. WAA coordinated the collaboration of international consultants and contractors.
